General maintenance

It often happens that customers approach me for significant projects, such as attic renovations, bathroom construction, or ceiling installations. However, once I begin the work, I often discover a multitude of other smaller tasks that have been neglected for years. Therefore, after completing the primary project, I typically return for a few additional days to tackle these smaller jobs. These tasks can range from fixing a leaky faucet and hanging shelves to resealing showers or replacing locks.
